What we receive

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, plus your company name if you provide it. Please do not include confidential information in your first message.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply, understand your inquiry and, where relevant, discuss a project. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell your information.

How we handle your message

We use service providers to host the site, protect the form from automated submissions and deliver messages to our inbox. Information needed for these services may be processed outside Québec. At Noxeo, only the people handling your inquiry have access to your message.

Retention and requests

We keep your inquiry for the time needed to respond and, where relevant, discuss a project, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
